SHIPPING
OPTION #1: directly from the merchant (South Korea):
If the merchant ships overseas, the package will be shipped directly to your house via EMS.
HOW OFTEN?: Merchants usually ship international orders once per week.
OPTION #2: from MinarinShop (South Korea):
This option will only be used if the merchant does not ship overseas OR you do NOT want EMS directly from the merchant*

HOW OFTEN?: Packages will be shipped once a week.
OPTION #3: from MinarinShop (Canada): ***BATCH SHIPMENTS***
- For very small orders (ie: 1 item, tiny items like pencils, etc), I can have your items first shipped to Canada as part of a batch, and then calculate the shipping from Canada.
HOW OFTEN?: Batch shipments would be once a month (or more - depending on interest) , so this is NOT recommended for orders you don’t want to wait a long time for!
This method is not guaranteed to be available – depends on interest.

I DO NOT PROVIDE SHIPPING QUOTES FOR OPTION #3.
PAYMENT
- Accepted methods of payment: All forms of PayPal (+ fee), concealed cash, bank wire transfers (ideal for ₩400,000+ orders), money orders (including Western Union), and e-mail money transfers (Canadians only).
- NO MEET-UPS, NO CHECKS.
- Payment must be paid in full before I place the order.
- NO PARTIAL PAYMENTS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Currency: Invoices are sent in CAD (Canadian dollars), but I am willing to accept USD, EUR, and other currencies. Please ask ^^
- Korean shopping websites use KRW (Korean won) – To get the lowest rate, I set the currency exchange rate monthly when it is low (around 6% above the raw rate).
What you get on Oanda.com or XE.com is NOT the real rate.

Breakdown:
Cost of items
+ 15% service fee** (applies to item total only)
+ Shipping charges
+ PayPal fees (if applicable)
*Small orders: Orders under ₩115,000 will be charged $15 CAD flat-rate
*Multiple shops: If you are ordering from Multiple Shops in the same order, the service fee is 18% / $20 CAD flat-rate
*Cancellation fee: If you cancel an order after paying, $3 CAD will be deducted from the full refund
* Storage fee: If you need storage or don’t answer after your goods arrive, storage fee is $3 CAD/month
Example:
Cost of items: ₩57,200 (~52 CAD)
+ Service fee: $15 CAD
+ EMS shipping: ₩30,000 ($~28 CAD)
= TOTAL: ~$95 CAD (without PayPal fees)
Invoice #2 OR Refund
There will only be a second invoice if:
a) you add more items later on after you’ve paid
b) top-ups on shipping/exchange rate are necessary
OR
Refund
품절 means OUT OF STOCK.
If some of the items ordered go out of stock or the shipping was overestimated, I will process the refund at the end of the order (ie: once you’ve received the package and have left feedback to let me know).

ORDER GUIDELINES
Please follow these guidelines so I can enter your order quickly and accurately!!!
Your order should look like this:
1) ENGLISH DESCRIPTION / COLOR / SIZE / LINK TO ITEM
1) Pink fur jacket / Pink / o/s / http://
2) Cute shoes / Red / 245 / http://
etc.
English Description: You just need to BRIEFLY DESCRIBE THE ITEM. I don’t want the name in Korean or an Engrishy translated version.
Ex: Cute blouse, Stripey shirt, Jeans, Bear backpack, Sneakers, etc
Color: When specifying the colors, please include the name in ENGLISH using GOOGLE TRANSLATE.
If you have no color preference, enter ANY.
Size: Enter size. If free size, write o/s (one size).
- You can use Google Translate to translate item descriptions/colours.
- Use a measurement convertor and/or YesStyle’s sizing chart to check sizes.
Link to item: Please don’t give me the links to your TRANSLATED version. I need the ACTUAL link.
If the link doesn’t change when you click on an item, you need to do this:

CHANGING YOUR ORDER
To make changes, e-mail me with the item # (in the left column of your order box on the Excel sheet), the name, and/or with your new changes.
When adding/replacing items, you should still follow the order format.
